"The property is overall really good, the bed was comfortable. The staff was really good they provided me with extra towels at no additional cost. Safe parking and location of the hotel is exactly to be on point, especially if you are visiting the city center. "

"The property was good for a cheap and quick stay for the Great North Run. The staff are nice and the property is clean. They do not provide soap, shampoo, toothpaste. There is no hair dryer. The matress sags. They only have a fitted sheet and a comforter. Buses nearby. Metro is 15 mins away. 15 mins walk to riverfront."

"Honestly nothing to complain about. No hassle, decently clean and easy to get in and out with no fuss. "

"The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."

The rooms were spotless with the most comfiest bed ever in a hotel that I have stayed in. The breakfast choice was amazing and hot stuff well cooked and delicious. Will definitely be back again."

"Booked for an early morning flight, location is perfect for the airport and would use again. Room very nice and comfortable. Booked half board and included diner was tasty.
