Liked the 5-10 min walk into town along the rail line. Room amazing view of hills - Ella Rock, waterfall, little Adam’s peak. Lots of birds on trees from balcony and mongooses in garden. Staff helpful. Breakfast (Sri Lankan) great. Had 2 double bedded room which was large and lots of space.

Stayed for 2 nights in November in the family room with mountain view & our own roof terrace with table, chairs & hammocks. Our room was very nice, clean & the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was delicious & the view from the roof terrace was great & we were lucky enough to watch a giant squirrel building it's nest at the top of a tree, as well as see some tiny squirrels & it was lovely to see & hear the birds singing early in the morning. Fantastic Plac

Wow, what a place! Loved our room with patio and the views were just to die for. Great view of the Ella waterfall which you could hear from the property. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Lovely cup of tea on arrival and water whenever you need it. Breakfast was amazing and huge. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Ella as it was nice and peaceful and oh, did I mention those views!

98 Acres is a special property and we were so excited to stay here on our trip in Sri Lanka. The resort did not disappoint and I will always think back to our stay here with fond memories. The view from the rooms is breath taking and there is lots to do within walking distance (Little Adam's Peak and Ella Bridge) which is a bonus). The staff were great, especially in the restaurant. I hope to be back one day.

I had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the photos, which I really appreciated. Everything was as expected, and overall I was quite happy with my stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed at the Poomaz Peace palace for 3 nights. The accommodation is within minutes of the main street and because of the close proximity you can hear the live music each night. However the music usually does stop by 23:00. The room was spacious and clean and offers a fridge, kettle, hair dryer, soap, towels and has a shared balcony where breakfast is served each morning. Lovely hotel right by the town (allbeit up a very steep path!) but literally took 2 minutes to get to the main road with all the bars/restaurants. Our room was lovely, with a balcony looking out over to Ella rock and little Adam’s peak. Very comfy bed, tv, mini fridge, powerful, hot shower! We were stunned by everything at Jetwing Kaduruketha. Our Villa was perfect. Spotlessly clean with a gorgeous view over the paddy fields. The service was unobtrusive but excellent. The food exceptional and our butler (who we called Can Do because he could do everything) was special. We will long remember him and his smile. Fabulous! Had 2 nights here. Our beehive was lovely. Nicely set up. Balcony was a great place to sit and watch the weather go by. Amazing views. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Meals were lovely. Would love to revisit.

The view from the hotel was amazing and was worth the stay alone. Beds were nice and comfy and the breakfast was good and very filling.

The location of the hotel is incomparable. We loved the opportunity to stay in an historic building which has been lovingly restored. We were incredibly well looked after by everyone who works at the hotel and highly recommend this accommodation and the delicious food we ate.

Fabulous eco-retreat in the rural wilderness of Sri Lanka. Loved the feel and vibe of this resort. Everyone was super friendly and we came away very relaxed after a two night stay. Unlike anywhere wise we visited on our two week trip. Recommended
