Provisional bill on checkout day had few items that i did not order, so a visit to the Reception desk helped to remove these items with no bother, and the revised bill was reissued with the correct items. The spa and leisure facilities were perfect and my full body aromatherapy massage treatment was so relaxing. The hotel's little touches were so thoughtful, for example the umbrellas dotted around and the blanket basket in the garden room. The only things I missed were a water fountain in the reception area and camomile teabags in my room. Overall, a lovely place to stay for the weekend and I would definitely go back again. "
