Personal property "went missing" (stolen) during stay. Staff was extremely unhelpful, rude, would not make any effort to ask to see if it was "found". At one point they called to say they found it and were shipping it to me. Shockingly, it never arrived at my home. Suspicious.

A/C fan in the room was making noise. I had to turn off AC and sleep. But with weather it was alright without AC. Otherwise no hiccups. Stayed one night on my road trip.

First My Place visit
Our first stay in this chain and if they are all like this we will stay in others. It is set up more as an efficiency but worked well for our over night. Staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was quiet, I didn't hear anyone over my head or next door.

A/C unit in first was so noisy couldn’t stay in room. We were switched to another room room however it would have been nice not to play musical room after a long trip. Someone knew about the problem but didn’t say anything. The unit was off and room was stifling. By comparison the second room the a/c was on and room was comfortable.

My TV was not working and the person who assisted me didn't really want t move me to another room. When he did, it was not as good as my prior room. And, they did not tell me when I checked in that the doors are locked prior to 6 am and you have to wait for someone to let you in. THis creates a little frustration when trying to leave early. I understand the security aspect, just wish they would have told me.

Great surprise
Ron, at the front desk actually made our stay. We were a little apprehensive at first, realizing this was a long term hotel as well. Ron put myself & my adult daughter at ease. We rested well in a comfortable room with a nice kitchen set up! Thanks! I’ll be sure to look up My Place when traveling again

Tried to check-in at 4:30 and rooms were not ready. We were told to return in a couple hours to check in and all was fine after getting into the room. Nice place - would stay again.

Our room was very nice and roomy. It had a kitchen in it that was not supplied. No silverware, no plates, no glasses. First time we had stayed there.

In order to offer the best rates possible for nightly, weekly, and monthly guests, we do not provide a full supply of kitchen materials in the guests’ rooms. We took into consideration that not all guests would need to utilize the My Kitchen, and a full range of supplies is available for purchase at a reasonable price in the onsite My Store. Our goal is to provide clean and comfortable rooms at an affordable price, and hope that your stay mirrored that.

Everything about the hotel was very good, except that a bunch of food was left in the cupboard. The room suggesting that the cleaners did not adequately look around. But that can happen with short staffs. I would highly recommend this hotel.
