"Not all that clean Crumbs in the sheets and roaches on the floor. Wasn't expecting a 5 star place, but wasn't ideal feeling the need to sleep on a sweatshirt because I wasn't convinced the pillows were clean"

"While the room was cleanish, the bathroom had mold n mildew along the edges. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and not helpful. The passcode for the door hardly worked and were not very user friendly. Our check in person Jimena was rude, couldn’t bother a smile let alone a word of welcome or anything ..."
