"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"

"Stayed here June 3 to 5, 2026. The room was spacious and they did try to have it updated. Sadly I would not stay here again. Continental breakfast provided was ok not much selection, only bonus was they had waffle maker. We informed front desk ladies about the door knob not working properly as it was broken and looked like it was not installed correctly. It was very hard to open the door, we were fighting with it just to open. The ladies seemed uninterested when we informed them of it. The a/c was loud and not cooling the room properly. Good thing it cooled at night and we were only staying for 2 nights. Only positive is that the shuttle driver to airport was great and informative. The shuttle request sheet needs to be done by date not just people signing up on any page. The page I signed up on was missing and that was a concern. Again the young lady at the desk was not helpful seemed again uninterested! This needs to be organized better. Good thing that there was a cruise group needing rides to airport the day we needed a shuttle to airport. The Puffin has 2 star rating for a reason."
