"Limited driver accomodation is a problem that should be fixed Ability to add on breakfast seamlessly without the front desk sending you to the restaurant or asking you to ask the restaurant to post the charge to the account (ie, the front desk should take care of this all if guest is telling them to just add it all on to the credit card/payment option already in use) Every room that has two guests should automatically have two kits for each item (two soaps/shower gel/brush/comb vanity kits/hand towels) Otherwise clean experience"
