Everything had their up and down.The breakfast was nasty. the food was cold. The elevator was just dirty and smell terrible. I would never visit this place again.

Smelly Elevator and Hall Way. Old fixtures in bathroom. Beds were old and unstable. AC Old don't cool as should.

Everything in the room old and worn .. the pellow and the blanket are terrible .. the elevator and the hallway smell stink .. I paid $120 a night !! I would not pay $20 a night for this hotel

Front desk lady was very rude, the room was disgusting stains everywhere, pubic hair on the toilet and also somehow had semen sitting in the toilet bowl. This is supposed to be a freshly cleaned room. I did call to complain and also took a picture of it. Front desk lady started to catch an attitude telling me to just check out. Her name was Jessy - the front desk lady. The elevator also smelled like burning gas, in which every customer who was coming in and out was also complaining about very loudly. Overall worst experience, spend the extra money to book at a better hotel.

Mistake on reservation through expedia, I thought I booked parking free with hotel for duration of my trip also checked in after 4pm as per hotel policy and then could not cancel so had to pay an additional $140 for parking. Advertising on line not transpatent. Also minor issues room telephone was not plugged in so could not call to fix tv as sports channels frozen and pic was not hd. To catch 7am flight no type of refreshment offered for early departure ie before 6am breakfast service.

The property is dirty, the elevator and the hallways smell rotten. The room has a dent in the wall. I checked in at 1:00 PM on 4/11 , left and checked around 1AM on Friday 4/12. I complained to the front desk about the cleanliness and safety. The front desk receptionist told me the property manager will call me. I have not heard anything up until 4/14. Very bad experience and does NOT portray the ratings that Expedia listed during booking. I give the property 1 star.

Staff was pleasant, rooms were mostly clean. There are smudges on the walls and some gunk in the nooks and crannies, but the beds are great. There needs to be USB charger ports though. I brough a block but needed one more, even the crappy ones in the lamps will do. But im accepting that my phone will be nearly dead in the morning.
