No one waa there to help. Front dest person was a mess. Dressed inappropriate and rude. O ly stayed o e night. Had to xheck in another hotel. Im out 400 extra dollaes becauae of it. Will npt reccommend it to anyone. Close it down.

It was nothing like about this place. i did not stay there this man take me to a room that some one had just was sleeping in the room had trash in it . the room was not clean the sheet was all over. this place just was dirt i had to go get a room some where else. the man told me this is what it is

I spent one night in the full kitchen suite and was thoroughly disappointed. The room lacked basic amenities such as towels for the shower and dishes for the kitchen. Several lights were broken, adding to the overall discomfort. The customer service was exceptionally poor; the front desk staff were unaccommodating, and I had to request towels three times before eventually going to the front desk to get them myself. The entire property was unclean, and the front desk experience was frustrating. Additionally, they charge a $100 deposit on top of the room charges, which they hold for up to 10 days. There are far better places to stay in the area. Don’t be deceived by the website photos; this hotel is dirty and poorly managed.

It was a very unpleasant stay at the hotel! I checked in with my baby on Friday to leave Sunday morning, upon arriving at the hotel, the room was very unkept, food everywhere. My 14months baby picked up dog food off the floor, which was a choking hazard! I ended up leaving on Saturday morning and the hotel has since refused to refund me. Bad customer service and management! Be adviced

I never received a room or service they said I booked after they closed the office … I’m wondering how they even let me book or how the office closes when people get hotel rooms at all hours so I would like for my money to be refunded and the hotel manager said that she would explain the situation further if you all reach out to them
