Wednesday was good and comfortable the lady there I don't know how to pronounce her name starts with AB at the Southfield location love her energy and she makes or tries to make sure you as a customer is well taken care of...
Room had no ceiling lights and one of the two lamps was broken. Windows didn’t open properly. The carpet had wet spots under the desk. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Hotel staff were very nice, though
Hotel staff is friendly. However is extremely run down and outdated and smells terrible.

Nice and quiet property, close and convenient for my location. Room decore is old.
For the price I could have gotten a more updated room in the same area.
Overall good experience
Upon arrival the young lady that checked me in was so nice & sweet. We get in the room an it was giving motel!!! No cover no heat carpet was dirty box spring was dirty blinds was dirty hot tub didnt work. I will never book again. They did offer a full refund so that was a plus

There was a power outage in my area of town. I chose this hotel because of the convenience and the price. The check- in process went smoothly.
My room was outdated, it wasn’t vacuumed thoroughly, and it needed to be dusted. The mini-fridge was unclean and so was the microwave. The air was cold. I had to call the front desk to complain about the problem

The room should have been cleaned properly there was hair in the tub in which I cleaned and a blanket was missing from one of the bed I was able to get a blanket. The refrigerator needed the inside cleaned, our garbage should have emptied as requested, I asked for clean towels the next day in which I never received. The check in and out clerks were nice and provided good service. Overall the stay was okay, the only complaint, is that the maid service could have been more detailed. The rooms are a bit outdated and the air condition system is old needs to be replaced.
The bed/mattress was great. We slept like babies. It was not lumpy or over used.
The shower was not so great. In between the tiles was mold/rust. Not a nice place to shower.
The sink was EXTREMELY SLOW to drain.

In the room there had been no vacuuming around the base of the bed. Even fingernails were there with the dust and dirt.
The furniture had drip stains that should have been cleaned. The in-room coffee maker did not work, nor did the iron. We called about the iron and it was replaced after quite a wait.
The breakfast area was not kept stocked. I went there around 8:00.
Also, I overlooked the bathroom sign stating that hospitality would not come unless informed early. We were leaving around 1pm and informed the crew which was next door. They referred us to the front desk which said they would not do the cleanup. Very disappointing.
