Outdated property. The faucet every time you opened it. The armchair in the room was old and the seat cushion looked dirty. I could not r each the property when I reached the airport to request a shuttle so I took another hotel shuttle and the driver was kind enough to drop me off at Laquinta
Staff was very helpful and the access to Detroit Metro was very simple.

A little run down for the price, but it was quiet and staff were incredibly friendly. Easy access to the airport when my flight landed later than initially planned. I misunderstood the time of breakfast when I checked in, so I missed it. Not much around the area other than the airport, but not a bad drive to Detroit.

Clean,quiet,comfy.At the end of a long days drive ,its nice to see a complementary cup of coffee waiting.The only negative which has nothing to do with the hotel is people letting the doors slam especially late at night.All hotels have the same self closing doors,so please respect others and hold the handle.

Definitely a good price for the room but limited to chain restaurants in the immediate area. Luckily, we spoke with some locals who gave us guidance on where to go.

Front desk staff was very friendly, however, housekeeping failedbme on this visit. My room was not too clean when i arrived and then housekeeping did not clean once I was there. When I called the front desk I was told that housekeeping had already left for the day.

The room was very comfortable and clean!
The front desk and housekeeping staff were always outside smoking every time I needed something (3 times), they took too much for my deposit (double) and it took about two weeks to get it back, the breakfast was fresh, but I didn't get much hot food because everything was pork.

Elevator was down and the lobby had water all over the floor with big dryers. We needed to check out at 3:15AM to catch an early flight but had to call down to the lobby for the elevator. It ended up being an annoying situation way too early in the morning. On top of that, when we pulled the hotel up on maps, it took us to another hotel down the street, then when we pulled the hotel location up through Expedia, it took us to the long-term parking across the street. We finally found the hotel by noticing the sign. Staff was friendly and location was great for catching early flights.

Convenience for flying out on an early morning flight. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. Downside: there was a firestick remote between the sheets of one of the beds. Made us wonder if that bed even had clean sheets put on it.

We had people trying to get in our room just after 10 pm. Perhaps they had the wrong room. Then AFTER 11 pm, guest services was BANGING on our door, waking us up and asking for our last name. WFT. Went to the front desk in the morning to ask what heck went on and they had no idea. Would like management follow up please.
