This hotel/casino is has a great location in Detroit. The rooms are updated and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint was the long wait at check-in for our room.

It was my partners birthday and the staff absolutely made sure our view of the city and our experience was amazing. He is a Detroit native and I’m from Toronto. He was very happy with our full experience at this hotel.

We really enjoyed the our stay here. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful, hotel was clean, and the view from our room was amazing. The water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever had (it's the little things) and the elevators were fast. We were here for a wedding and had zero issues during our stay. Only downfall, which isn't so much related to the hotel itself...the casino allows smoking and I was quite surprised in this day and age that smoking was acceptable. We walked out smelling every single time.

The room itself appeared nice and up to date, however it was far from clean clean like you except for a room. Floors, were terribly dirty, black hairs in shower and on sheets. Soap scum on shower doors. Lack of good housekeeping is all.

Our stay was extremely nice. The room was fantastic. Very nice restroom. The bed and bedding was cozy. Our view was great out of our large windows. The hotel’s location was close and in walking distance to many restaurants. We will definitely return to Hollywood Casino @Greektown when we’re in the city again!

Overall great stay, check in line was long for a Sunday but it was Mothers day, room could be cleaned a little better especially the windows, they were filthy on the inside !!

For the amount of money we paid, the services in the room were very poor, I had to ask for new towels, coffee was not replaced, lotions and soaps were not replaced, cups were not replaced, we certainly did not get value for our dollar

We stayed here one night. Hotel was clean and centrally located and walkable to other attractions in the area. It was a sunday night so the street was busy and full of people, you'll definitely find something to get into if you are a night life person. The only thing that was annoying was their amenities fee. Its about 27 per day but since we stayed one night we didnt use the wifi, gym, comcast or any ot the other things it includes except parking which we didnt even move our car once but I was aware of it before booking so it is what it is. Overall decent hotel. Would probably stay here again

It was good, however it would be nice to get coffee in the morning down in the lobby, Also when i got out of the elevator there was a homeless running after me for money, i reported to front desk, they said security was on the way, but the room was supet nice & clean & amazing

The hotel is super cute with Detroit themed wallpapers and art. It has the huge cross cross apple sauce chair for the desk. Tons of usb outlets and chargers for phones and tablets. Closet space with a good little fridge for drinks. The bed is soft and the sheets were clean and bright white. The carpet had been vacuumed and the floor had been swept clean. A little sticky spot on the side table that was missed and the little store downstairs is outrageous for prices but beside that it was comfy. I will return. We didn’t get to gamble but the food options and coffee spot was on point. I hate the soap opera style tv option that I couldn’t change (and I tried).

Enjoyed the stay at this casino. It was clean, the food in the ESPN sports area was very good, there are plenty of games to play in a large two-story casino. The bartenders were good, things to do nearby and so much more. The hotel room was cleans and had a nice city view at night. Very enjoyable night.

We really, really liked this hotel. The rooms are modern and clean and tastefully decorated and it was very quiet. the sheets were high quality and the bathroom was great. We're not gamblers so we liked the fact that the hotel and the casino are actually in separate buildings attached by a sky walk. The hotel staff was nice and professional.
