This is an older property, but it’s clean with large quiet rooms. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet is superior and bonus evening reception time with a couple free drinks.

The inside courtyard was really nice. Our family enjoyed the Continental breakfast. It was the best one we have ever had in our travels. The chef making the omelets was super friendly.

The sofa sleeper in the room was damaged and unusable. They offered me a roll-away instead. The pool area is always closed for maintenance every time I stay here. They ran out of breakfast tea after my first morning and never restocked during my entire stay. Usually I'm comped by the hotel when these avoidable inconveniences occur but I was offered nothing. Hopefully they'll do better next time.

I'm sorry your sofa was damaged. We are in the process of replacing our sofa sleepers. We are also renovating our pool and there is signage on the website that you booked saying that the pool is down until May 6th,. I am sorry for these issues and I hope you come again and see our much improved property.

I asked for a manager and was told one was not available. I asked for a refund. Our room although spacious and with a comfortable king size bed had a toilet that didn’t work (maintenance came and plunged it but it remained barely usable), one towel for 4 people (took forever to get more sent to us), an uncleaned pull-out with leaking vape in it, the pool down for maintenance which was not advertised on Expedia and a restaurant that was not what it was advertised as—we were told they were severely understaffed so we had to leave the hotel to eat all of our meals… Staff wasn’t the friendliest and overall I was just horrified to spend so much money for a Hilton, especially being an Honors member, and have such little for that money. I truly believe we deserve at least a partial refund for such a disappointing stay.

I'm sorry that the staff caused you to feel you had to go out for dinner, and unfortunately I found no vape pen in the room but I apologize if you found such an item left behind as that is not the norm. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee. It is really dirty. Under the beds had a layer of dust. The lamp shades were ripped and stained. The bedside drawer was very dirty. I figured for he amount you have to pay to stay it should be decent at least. I did like the rooms had a separate living room area than the bedroom so it you have kids it would be perfect but I was pleased with he stay wish I woul have stayed somewhere else for sure.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating, kitchen staff was amazing , I would stay again in a heartbeat, but the pool needed to be warmer. I called ahead about the pool being heated and it was not, that was disappointing and the hot tub was merely warm

Not enough staff for Continental breakfast. Items were missing and the omelette bar took a long time. We ended up getting breakfast the last morning. We were there. The paint is peeling above the pool and there were only four chairs available for sitting when there were about 30 people in the pool and around it, the TV did not work in both of our rooms. We called to get service and no one ever came to either of our rooms. When I needed silverware for our delivery order, I called down and could not get through to dining services. The front desk transferred me twice and it just rang And no one ever picked up.

We have stayed at this location many times over the past 5 years. There were so many local people staying at the hotel with small children to use the pool. The weekend was full of children running around unattended. These were definitely not business or vacationing patrons. Food was running out at breakfast. We will never stay there again. When we visit family again in Pontiac, we will definitely find another hotel. Also the front desk clerk was not at the desk, she was in her car in the covered drive up, smoking a cigarette.

I rented 2 rooms and both were nasty spots all over the floor. My son and his family had to move 3 different times due to rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again. I am asking for a full refund I left a complaint at the hotel and they said it is already approved once y’all call. This hotel is absolutely disgustingly nasty and i have photos to show

The hotel itself is run down, the rooms are not clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and so were the staff that I talked to. But this is far, far from a 4 star hotel.

My family and I stayed here as we were taking the kids to Legoland and Sea Life aquarium for a mini-vacation for spring break. But it was overall not a good experience. Plates were all filthy at breakfast every morning. The food was almost not edible. Housekeeping was supposed to come to our room daily and never did not once during our 3 night stay. We had to BEG multiple times to get towels and conditioner and GARBAGE BAGS. we only got towels and not even enough for what we asked for, never once got conditioner. We ended up being given ONE garbage bag after asking more than 3 times. Futon pull out couch was broken which apparently is a known issue in multiple rooms upon speaking with front desk and other guests at the same time. The heat barely worked in our room unless it was cranked all the way to 80° or higher. There was huge red stains all over the carpets. The hot tub was also down during our stay when we were told it would be fixed before we left. Unfortunately due to all of this, we will not be returning.

This property is dated. The rooms all open into an open courtyard which is very noisy. My room was across from the elevator and I could hear it all night and day.

We are aware of the pool ceiling which is scheduled to be repaired April 5th through the 12th. We do not allow food and drink in our Food and Beverage area's as that is our Restaurant area and you can't take outside food into any restaurant.

The pool should have been closed! Cold murky water. The whole reason we went was for our grandkids to swim. Ceiling is as peeling so bad chunks of paint was all over the tile floor and probably what made the pool murky. Staff was very nice, breakfast buffet and room were good

Breakfast was basically the omelet. When any of the fruits is finished, they don't replenish. Cream cheese was strawberry flavor (no plain) for three consecutive days. On Monday, they didn't have any fruits at 7 Am and upon request they brought two oranges. Mattresses on beds and in sofa beds are old and sunked in. Staff are wonderful, they offered to change room or a roll away bed free of charge. I love staying in Embassy Suites when available, thus, I hope that this location does some updating for the mattresses and definitely take care of making the Breakfast (which is the signature of Embassy Suites be looking good again.

I'm sorry you did not get the full Breakfast experience you were looking for. We replenish our Breakfast Buffet up until the final ten minutes of Breakfast and then do cooked to order so we do not have to throw away full pans of food uneaten. Our mattresses are less than two years old so I sorry if yours felt uncomfortable to you as this is not a complaint we typically have. Depite these challenges I do apologize and hope you come stay with us again.

Property was clean quiet. Good breakfast first dya second day not as good. They were out of milk and asked for said did not recieve supplies yet. Also when asking for tea said what was out was all they had. Then a few minutes later all of sudden there was now breakfast tea available.

The hotel is beautiful it’s self but the pool area is dirty overflowing kids out of control no parents or staff watching them at the pool kids jumping n throwing each other into the pool where I was hit said please stop and the kids called their parents try to jump me so I just left I spent 600$ just to be disrespected the whole weekend

Pool area has the ceiling literally falling down and paint peeling off the walls. Pizza and food was all over the hallways. Our room had red stains on the floor, heater panel was dirty and removed laying on the floor. Hotel must have been hosting a school event, kids running around wild.

The room had see through curtains and I was on the ground floor so people in the parking lot could see inside. I could hear through the walls, my room did not have an iron and when I requested one and extra towels no one brought them to the room.

The hotel is decent. The rooms are spacious but dirty. Like no one cleaned. Crumbs on the floor, hairties laying around, lights dont work. Main tv wouldn't work. Pool got shut down as we were checking in due to too much chlorine, which was the main reason we chose this hotel so our kids could swim for their birthday.

My family and I stayed in 2 of the king suites. Rooms were ok, but definitely could be updated. They did let us check in early, so that was nice. There wasn’t any sheets/blankets for the pull out, so I had to call twice to get them. The tv remote in the living room didn't work. We ate at the restaurant and it was ok. My husband’s chicken was very pink, and the waiter laughed and took it back. (So he had to eat about 15-20 mins after everyone else). What was really bad was the teens/kids running the halls bouncing off walls until 4 am. There was a full on adult LOUD fight in the halls at 3 am (lasted about 20 mins) that woke us all up. (With the the open space in the middle of the hotel, I’m sure EVERYONE heard it.) We will probably find another place to stay next time we are in the area, unfortunately.

The entire staff was very friendly & nice to deal with. Room was nice, the only negative I really can say is the hotel is in need of updating/some minor repairs, i.e. painting etc.

Totally shocked!!!
I love staying here but I was put off bcuz the room was airy and didnt hold no heat. It was very cold. I dont know if it was bcuz it was a corner room or what.... Also I tried to order room service only to be told the fryer was broken. I find this hard to believe and unacceptable that a multi-million dollar business doesn't have a backup plan for frying food. Totally unacceptable and I was embarrassed because I told my wife you would love this place...Needless to say she didnt!
