Mgm't charged an extra fee for arriving 25 minutes prior to the 3:00 check in. The room we were offered had a cigarette smell to it.The sheets did not feel or smell fresh.I mentioned these issues to the front desk;& I only received a "Hmm.We decided not to return to the motel.Called the property after returning home to restate my displeasurable Experience with the Manager.She said to call back Monday after she discusses my concerns with upper mgm't.
