"Room was clean, only exception was that there were 2 used washcloths that were still in the bathroom hanging on the shower rack. Besides that, room was very clean."

Our room had us up all night because the room above us - anytime they moved all we could hear were squeaky floors like we were staying in an old war home. When I brought both issues up to the staff they said on that’s horrible and then offered no solutions."
