"Room was not up to par to what we seen on the pictures before hand. There was literally no furniture in the room just two beds. The tv didn’t work at all. There was a closet but no bar to even hang clothes on. There was no iron to iron clothes. There was no hot water the first two nights we were there. In the bathroom there was mold all over the walls. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and I had boys with me. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in New Orleans I would definitely not recommend anyone staying there. You get what you pay for cheap and it is cheap for a reason."

"I didn’t stay. Getting through the gate was easy. Paid early check in and couldn’t get in staff able to assist quickly. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like marijuana. The floor was swept but not mopped. I stayed in the room 5-10mins before just leaving and booking a new flight home."

"The hotel and the room are beautiful. So many little details to make your stay more comfortable. My only complaint would be the shower. There is no way to take a shower without getting the floor wet. I like the design of the shower, but the opening needs to be smaller. "

"The doorman when was heat. The women behind the desk was hard to understand and she couldn't understand us. The bellman was very helpful. The maid service was terrible."

"This was an amazing stay. Walls are paper thin so you can hear the people in the room next to you. But other than that I have no complaints at all. The staff was super friendly and the valet attendants were amazing. The security were also super friendly. 9.85/10!!! Highly recommend!!"

"I was satisfied with our room and the size. The bathroom was located in an awkward spot so the door couldn’t be opened without blocking the entrance. And the door to the bathroom was cut in half and I thought that was also strange. The front desk staff acted as though they rather not be working and if my questions were bothersome. The breakfast was very good all four days of our stay and breakfast staff were attentive but not intrusive. I also liked that coffee was available even after breakfast was over. All in all my experience was satisfying but not great."
