I had low expectations for the dining room too after all the bad reviews but my husband and I really enjoyed our dinner. He had the NY Step and I had roasted chicken. It was a delight to meet all the young people working there for the summer. "

"Other than it being under construction, which caused some key areas not to work, the place is very nice. The lobby is spacious, plenty of parking, and the staff is super nice and helpful. They have a bar, restaurant, pool, fitness center, and pet area, which made it very convenient."

"Very cute hotel! I loved all the bears around as decor! Seemed liked a lot of amenities were present though we didn’t get to use them due to being out of the hotel mostly for visiting the parks. The shower is very nice as well! Little tricky at first to figure out due to amount of options but it’s nice to have! "

"We stayed here for a couple of nights while in Jackson. We did have an issue while checking in. The manager took care of it and got us the room we booked promptly. The room was clean and beds comfortable. While eating at the restaurant we saw a coyote and some mule deer. The resort is very close to Grand Teton National Park, as well as a 2 hour drive from Yellowstone. "
