Haben dann auf den Laken einen riesen Fleck gefunden, Reaktion auf unsere Reklamation Stunden später. Wir haben uns mit einem Handtuch darüber geholfen. Angebot das die Mitarbeiterin kommt war da, aber aufgrund der späten Zeit, war es uns einfach zu spät"
