Very nice hotel close to city center

We arrived a bit early but the lovely receptionist asked for our room to be cleaned as a priority and provided coffee and delicious biscuits while we waited. The room was the one with the balcony and was wonderful. Very spacious and quiet despite some children being in the large room down in the garden nearby but we only heard them when outside. The breakfasts were very good. They do get busy early on as Hungarians and Germans seem to eat early and some even beat us down and we are usually...

Very willing to solve some problems(9euro for 3 breakfest was realy for 1 breakfest, they offered 2 free of charge by theyr hospitality). Price for patio with kitchen and balcony great. Brautiful area around, lake , forest for running, nature fitness, playground for children, great thermal spa and pools, great restaurants(raspberry soup)etc.

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip, the location is not great, you have to walk a bit BUT the hotel is really nice, the service is fast and they always try to help with a smile. The food of their service room is really good and their spa, despite it is quite small, it is cosy and confortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and tidy. The wooden beams gave the room character. Breakfast was ok - nothing spectacular but perfectly acceptable with a very decent range. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was a nice touch.
