"They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid."

I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. "One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in recently. They honor the VIP access and provide an upgrade. Room was incredibly specious, Clean, Modern and beautifully designed. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The hotel is walking distance to the city center. Highly recommend."

"The hotel was awful. There was no similarity between the pictures of the hotel shown in Expedia to what we actually gotten. A big shame. They offered us a breakfast in a box because the hotel was empty of guests. No security in the hotel. The hotel is not accessible so we had to carry our bags by ourselves along the stairs."
