"The warmth and hospitality was above and beyond any past experiences. This was my home for ten wonderful days. The host , Donna and I bonded like sisters. My sister and a friend joined us for two nights and were blown away by the ambience and the warm welcome they received as well. "The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can.. DO not stay here I only booked because during the Carnival you don't really stay inside just change and go. "
