"This was our second weekend in a row staying at this location and it was even better. Our room was a lot cleaner and there was no moldy smell in the shower. We loved the bedding and spaciousness of the hotel in general. Breakfast was fantastic and fully-stocked with a variety of foods and hot protein which is especially important to us."

"The Hart House is an excellent stop for anyone visiting the Erie Canal, or biking its length (which I was). My room was great and really enjoyed the cafe downstairs for breakfast the next morning. The owners are lovely."

"It was a unique inn. The lady was super nice and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean! The price was reasonable. It was quite and peaceful, you could sit out on the porch and enjoy your breakfast!"

"The best part of this hotel was the staff. Bridget was friendly, kind, and would go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. The cleaning staff folded the toilet paper into a rose, the tissues into a bow tie, and the towels into a swan! The second afternoon we were down in the lobby playing cards when they walked in with a crock part full of chicken soup and a platter of cookies! We were so impressed by all of the effort everyone at this hotel made to make sure their guests were comfortable and happy. In addition, the rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Very nice!"
