"There is was no housekeeping to clean the room. We had to call front desk to get clean towels and while staying we emptied our trash cans daily. Honestly I am not sure how the hotel can justify charging the resort fees when I was the housekeeper during my 5 days stay. We did have Wi-Fi but that was the only perk that we received during our stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. This seems to be a common issue with hotels since Covid charging resort fees and not providing anything in return."

"The veneer on doors and paint on walls was chipped. Overall it is a shabby property. I expected more from Wymdam. Coffee was fine and a granola bar got us on the road to friends' house. Will think carefully before staying in another Wymdam property."

Centered around so many things to do. The one shall detail was checking in. I'm assuming someone was being trained. The young man that was doing the training was a tad too serious for a meet and greet. Check out was perfect. We will be back!"
