"Sheets were not changed daily. Tub dirty. Shower did not work. I took sponge baths standing up. Only 3 bath rag and towels were available. 1 for each day I planned to stay. Most places I say the is at least 1 extra of each and enough in the room for 2 peopleHot water at sink was not working when I got there. Later it was not working again. I discovered it had been shut off at the valve because the the water would come on by itself and ran constantly. Issues with tv remote. On last night of stay there was no pad for when I got out of the tub. "

"Don't believe the pictures! Once you arrive, you know that this is obviously a motel in the state of disrepair and decline. The lobby is closed for remodeling maybe, or maybe a cost saving measure. The room we stayed at has a vinyl planking floor which we guess hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in awhile. If you walk around enough in the room, you will pick up dirt from the floor on your socks and/or feet and the planking is coming unfixed to the floor in spots. The rest of the experience was a bit of wonder, wonder when it was last cleaned or repaired. Maybe stay at the Holiday Inn next door instead."

"Honestly, this is a motel, not a hotel. There was sticky stuff all over the floor on the side tables. The water in the bathroom kept leaking and I told the staff about it. Right when I got there, I saw that and the remote had tape on it and it was disgusting. The food for breakfast is minimal and not very good at all. Why have breakfast if you’re not going to do it right? The staff kept knocking on my door even though I had the little thing on my door, saying please do not bother me this morning when I checked out I had it on my door and check out time was 11 o’clock so at 10:20 the staff came and knocked on my door. That’s not OK. As a single girl living alone in this life independently, it is not OK to just open the door. I did tell her to please go away, but she asked me to please open the door. I was getting ready and packing my things but way to go on making someone feel not welcomed at your motel. I’m not a happy customer at all. You can hear people walking around all night upstairs dogs barking people slamming their doors outside trucks across the way. There are very loud and they’re doing some sort of construction right now at the gas station next-door, so you hear, beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep all the time. So not only is the staffnot friendly and inviting, but it was dirty and disgusting. Like I said the bath had water coming out at all hours I mean it literally was just leaking since I got there. I was there to go to a funeral. "

"One of the mattresses was v-shaped, sagging in the middle. I was disappointed we had to keep asking for 3 days for room to be cleaned up and towels replaced. Staff was courteous."

"The room was clean, but the shower/toilet area was very small. Barely enough room to turn around. Also, there was no side chair in the room. Only a desk chair. I saw that other rooms did have a side chair to sit and watch TV without having to sit or lay on the bed."
