"The hotel charged 60 euros to rent sheets and towels. No soap or any other amenities. The pool had a dress code requiring speedo swimsuits for men. Do not recommend."

"On arrival hotel looked basic, rooms were very clean but small. Felt as if the hotel was more for backpackers. Would not recommend if you wish to stay in the hotel as the seating area is seperate to the accommodation block."

Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. "It was a strange to stay. If you are looking for simplicity, solace, meditation, and walking around the grounds then this is your place to stay. The halls at night were dark. We felt that we were in the movie "The Shining". We stayed for one night at the beginning of September and it was hot, so we left the windows opened at night. They are no screens in the window or AC.
