We dined at the à la carte restaurant and were absolutely blown away. The meal was, without exaggeration, one of the best any of us have ever had. The four of us were dumbfounded by the quality, presentation, and attentive service. Simply delicious and unforgettable. Breakfast was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and served with genuine care. The beautiful surroundings added even more charm, with scenic walks around the ponds and canals creating a perfect countryside escape. We can’t wait to return. "Lovely hotel in a rural location, just ideal to meet up with a lady offering personal services and she found the hotel easy aswell with staff on reception kind enough to ignore the fact that she was offering special services to clients and showing her to the room. Skipped breakfast as I was tired following the night before but rooms were nice and parking was easy. "

"It was an amazing experience with the little ones.. Never seen such clean rooms in london till now . Staff was helpful and understanding too which you hardly get anywhere.. We did late checkout request as my toddler was unwell and been to hospital too ,came home in the morning so for her good sleep we requested late checkout and they allowed us with a smile ."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay at Stone House Hotel in one of the garden rooms. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was modern, clean, and spacious, with a lovely big bath and nice toiletries to use (bath/shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, hand wash). Not necessarily negatives, but things to consider: Being in a garden room, we had patio doors out. It was lovely, however meant we didn't have a window to open when it was warm, and we didn't want to leave a door open overnight! Also, to access these rooms you had to go up stairs, and then back down, despite them being on the ground floor. I don't think there was any other access to them. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. We had dinner in the Indian restaurant one night, which was also very nice. Stone is a 20 minute walk away, and has some nice places to eat and walks along the canal. We would definitely stay again if in the area."
