"The location was wonderful, right on the boardwalk and overlooking the water. The view and beach were awesome. The building has a nice little pool and patio overlooking the water. The unit is spacious and laid out well. The disappointments were that it has not been maintained. Bulbs were out in both bathrooms, the drains were slow in the sink and tub, the showerhead for the tub was weak and the water never got warm enough..
