We were asked to leave with a full refund for 2rooms & a 2day refund for the 3rd room. Which I have yet to receive. I have itchy bite mark and had to throw away my luggage and book a new hotel for the remainder of our stay. This hotel is a scam…. I spoke with cooperate and still haven’t received any help. I’m now looking into legal actions…"

"The hotel seemed very lackluster. Not really clean not horribly dirty… Some things looked nice and other things were really gross. The shower was not cleaned well and had other people's hair on the walls. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The bar:restaurant staff was very nice!"

"This was our third time staying at this hotel, and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last. The amenities are great, everything is clean and quiet, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I especially love the sign when you walk in that says “Welcome Home, take a breath”—it really sets the tone, along with the fresh, inviting smell throughout the hotel. The location is also a big plus, being so close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!"
