"i called on 02nd april to hotel providing all the information replied no room, after more conversation agreed but on 4 th we arrived hotel there is no room is blocked for us., they said no vacancy, and after pressure they agreed to give room, but not immediately, we drooped our luggage and we went biz meeting , by night 10.30 pm only we occupied our room, we are not satisfied with Expedia as well as room management"

"There were holes in the ceiling, and mice came into my room, biting through my backpack. There was no hot water. There was no bathtub or shower, just a bucket. There was no soap, towel, bathroom tissue. There was no balcony that was advertised. The pickup promised to be arranged as "very reasonable" cost 10 times more that uber I used to return. The was no free taxi service to nearby attraction that are advertised."

"Arrival was good, they helped with the luggage. Not satisfied with the fact that they charged 30% extra for early check-in and also we had to pay for the breakfast for that day. Rooms were clean, service was good and fast. Staff was good and friendly and the WiFi internet was fast and it had good signal in our rooms. Definitely recommended."

"Stayed a thing this property for 6 nights,very modern room with comfortable bed.bathtooms are spotless & had all the basic things such as soap shampoo toilet paper etc. they have a buffet breakfast which is really good. Best part is it is very near to the M block market which Ian a cool hangout place."
