"Quiet hotel with very helpful and friendly staff"

"Everything was wonderful service was great. Security on the other hand not the great. The security staff are very rude and incompetent. They let people that are not staying in the hotel just walk in and use the facilities. And while me and my son were in the pool a man was taking pictures and masturbating. When I told security they just walk the guy out of the property. Both the employer and head of security were both very rude. Aside from that everything was wonderful"

Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help, however manager is nowhere to be found and therefore problems can not be solved promptly. Stayed 3 nights, only one of them with hot water. Also faucet from lavatory broke on day 2. Once I stayed 20 mins ringiing the bell to enter and no answer. Location is good and staff are friendly, but supervision is lacking. Think twice before staying here. "
