The customer service was outstanding, the staff were so friendly and welcoming 🥹❤️ They cleaned our rooms daily and did a fabulous job! The rooms were nice and clean! I’ve been to the much larger resorts such as the Taumesina, Saletoga Sands but really appreciated the great value for money I got from staying here! Thank you so so much! "Aniva is a great host and the ladies that help her are lovely. The breakfast is very nice, the rooms clean and it's nice and close to Apia. The beds were a little hard for my taste but not terribly so, the shower is great and the pool is a delight in the heat, even though it's over-chlorinated. Definitely pay the extra for A/C (it's a must for sleeping in the heat) and I would recommend paying in advance at the quoted price as there is a small discrepancy in the exchange rate if paying when you...

"Brian, who co-owns the resort, takes personal interest in your comfort and ensures everything is in good order. The staff are very friendly and resourceful. We were extremely grateful and happy when Chai and the other staff made surprise birthday arrangements for our son at short notice and even sang happy birthday in both English and Samoan. "Es war eine schreckliche Nacht, harte Betten, Kakerlaken im Zimmer, der Raum hat stark mufflig gerochen, Schimmel im Badezimmer, der Schwimmingpool hatte grünes Wasser zum Baden war der nicht geeignet. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Ich habe mit dem Manager gesprochen, der hat nur mit den Schultern gezuckt.
