"Location is good. Right on he lake and short 5-minute walk to pedestrian sta in town with shops, restaurants, cafes. Hotel staff are nice, and there is a garden with swings and bean bags for lounging and playing with kids. But the rooms are too small for the price. For $236, our room had barely any walking space around the bed, a shallow closet, and a tiny bathroom, with a fan in the bathroom that leaked water all over the floor. "

"Oda çok geniş ve dizaynı çok güzel, yatak yeni ve çok rahat, yastıklar tam istediğim gibi. " I had the worst experience at [MOX Hotel] in Sapanca. The room was filthy, smelled of mold, and the door handle was broken. The indoor pool was unusable, breakfast was awful, and the location/view was nothing like advertised. I paid for two nights but could only endure one. The lack of service was shocking—I had to change the mattress cover myself. Not recommended at all."
