"While the initial room photos were a bit misleading—showing a Studio Premier with a kitchenette for a Deluxe King booking—and the listed laundry room was unavailable, Citadines handled the situation with true hospitality. To make up for the discrepancy, they kindly upgraded me to a Studio Premier and provided complimentary laundry service. Their quick resolution really made my stay comfortable.
