"It was a pretty decent stay at this place. Stayed for couple of nights with family. The only big town near the great sand dunes national park. The room was spacious enough and equipped with fridge and microwave. They had a city wide planned power outage on one of nights for 5 hours .But, was able to still sleep in since the weather was not too hot at night. Breakfast was okay. Closer to the street so can get louder at times. But, overall had a good stay. Surely recommend this place. "

"This was a Great property to stay at. The Hosts live on-site and they were absolutely lovely! The Cabin was nice and clean, equipped with everything from shampoo to laundry soap! There is a W/D in the unit, microwave, stove, pots pans, coffee l, creamer and sugar along with a coffee pot! Right by the river, fire pit, patio table, and walking path! I will definitely stay here again!! It’s about an hour away from The Great Sand Dunes and the Alligator farm, but the drive is nice!"
