This hotel is perfect for a quiet, luxurious getaway. Everything is very modern and clean, the staff are so lovely and go to such lengths to make your stay as comfortable and lovely as possible. The grounds are so beautiful, the pools are lovely, the sunbeds are very comfortable, and you are literally on the beach front. The wifi is probably the only thing which could be improved, so this is not a place you can work from. But the perfect place to switch off, relax and unwind.

We had a very enjoyable stay in a quiet village, <1,000 very friendly inhabitants, a 20km drive to closest city and beaches and close to historical/archaeological sites and tavernas serving traditional food. Eating out locally is reasonably priced. A car is a must for touring the island and a good, detailed, road map. Our sat nav identified some highly suspect tracks as minor roads. Stayed from 3/8/15 to 15/8/15, all inclusive. Great staff, great facilities, great location, hotel has private beach with a decent number of sunbeds. Although I have food allergies I could have a substantial meal at each sitting, chef being very helpful with advising as to ingredients of each dish. Whether you prefer the beach or the pool for lounging, get out there early as the hotel was predominantly occupied by French and German guests who seem to have an ethos of put your towel on the sunbed...

We had an awesome stay at Lemon Garden. Great thanks to Manos who really helped out with lots of useful tips including restaurants and beaches nearby we should go to. He suggested an amazing breakfast place and also arranged a taxi for us which was very kind. The place itself is bang in the centre of Heraklion old town and a walk to the Morosini Fountain. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, peaceful stay in the centre of the old town. Quick and friendly check in, lovely temperature in the room and super comfy bed. Would’ve liked water in the room.

Excellent stay! Amazing location - in the city centre within a few minutes walk to the Archeological museum, with lots or shops & restaurants around. The property itself is very charming, just how I like - refurbished in boutique style inter with authentic antique vibe. The staff is super friendly. This hotel could easily be a 4 Star. Free parking and only 2-3 km away from town. Hotel also offers a free shuttle to the town until midnight. Eva was outstanding every morning as she welcomed us with a smile on her face and very polite. Lady at reception was also very helpful, overall all the staff try their best to provide you best service. I enjoyed my stay and will be visiting Chania again and most probably stay in the same hotel. Fitness centre need attention as not everything is maintained...

Katarina at the front desk was very welcoming. We were very to find a parking spot just outside the hotel which is very close to so many of the must do things in Heraklion. This hotel is an honest tourist hotel. Beds are clean and comfortable, quiet at night with efficient air con. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Coffee was good!
