"J’étais bloquée à l’aéroport, j’ai tenté de joindre l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises (téléphone) afin de trouver un moyen de m’y rendre, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. J’ai donc envoyé un message via la messagerie puisque personne ne m’a répondu, j’attends encore une réponse... Service client inexistant semble-t-il. "
