"My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"We had a wonderful stay in the apartment - it was large, comfortable, centrally located in the old town and very well equipped (among other things, they supplied us with coffee and tea, and laundry detergent and had extra of everything in the unit). Excellent communication via text and whats app. The key pick up was through a drop box which was a bit complicated to navigate with jet lag - but we figured it out in the end :-) the only thing I’d note was that the unit we stayed in was on the 4th...

"Very nice place and excellent location. Shower could use a curtain or something to block the water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom but pretty minor criticism. Def don’t stay here if you are disabled or have mobility issues as climbing up the stairs to the loft will be tricky. And don’t hit your head on the ceiling! I only did it once but it was enough not to do it again :) "

"It is located in the bottom area of the old town and is a short walk to many bars and restaurants located there. It bigger than a hotel room and the small kitchen allows you to make small meals. There is cutlery, plates, bowls and cooking utensils. An ideal base camp to explore the city but not a place to sit in comfort "

The building itself is stunning; rooms modern, comfortable, impeccably clean and spacious; all staff very courteous and professional and the breakfast is fantastic. Excellent value for money. "Really clean and modern no complaints at all! Expedia didn’t give us a booking ref to use for the self check in so you do have to go to the desk but they were really helpful so no issues at all Really close to everything so can walk where you need to be "
