"The fourth floor ice machine is broken and water dispenser only dispenses lukewarm water on that floor. But apart from that the room and property was great. However the entrance area had construction going on right (April 21, 22, 2025) now so it is a bit chaotic. "

"Great location. It is currently under renovations, both the road its on, and the hotel itself. The rooms were queit and bedding was good. Overall, good stay but a warning of construction would be appreciated. Parking is valet only and with the roads being closed for pedestrians and construction, it was difficult getting to the hotel."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfect--quiet, elegant, and I had a great river view. My bed was super comfortable and I love the exposed brick and big windows. Right in Vieux Montreal--easy walk to shops and attractions. I ate in one of the restaurants and the food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were wonderful. "

"The room was perfect, clean and spacious, design was beautiful exactly what we were looking for. Dislike I would have to say staff at reception, not sure if this was just a coincident but staff at reception desk were dressed very casually and wearing a baseball cap, looked more like a guess than staff. But hotel had a boutique feeling and was very nice, would stay there again. "
