Very nice stay at the Al Najada. I felt like I was on a set of an Arabian Knights movie. One problem at end of stay though when I wanted a taxi to the airport a member of staff had called a non-metered private vehicle. I didn't realise till into the journey that it wasn't a proper taxi as I assumed being a 5 star hotel that all the staff were honest. Was charged 15 riyal more than taxis' do. Right from the initial check in to checking out we could not have asked for friendlier staff. We had a room upgrade on arrival and waiting in our room was a tray with strawberries, dates and chocolates along with a chocolate sauce. Staff were extremely hospitable, polite and helpful. I arrived at 5am and was greeted with courtesy and a room upgrade. The room itself was spacious, spotless and felt like home. Housekeeping staff especially were highly attentive and prompt. This hotel exceeded my expectations both in terms of service and location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I don’t normally write reviews but the hotel was amazing from the first minute. Ahmed the manager, Salim and Crystal at the front desk were very welcoming and upgraded us to an executive room with decorations and a cake on arrival.
