"We drove around for 1/2 hour searching for this hotel, up and down dirt roads in a 4x4. Could not find it. Phoned the hotel, no answer. So we booked another hotel down the highway. Sure hope hotels.com refunds my purchase"

"Como puede ser de hacer una reserva de un hotel afiliado a su página y llegar y encontrar el hotel cerrado desde hace 3 años. Y no tener ninguna ayuda por su parte después de llamar sólo falta que se cobren las 3 noches. Tuve que buscarme la vida para encontrar otro hotel. ESPERO QUE POR LO MENOS ME RESPONDAN Y ME DIGAN ALGO. MUY NAL EXPERIENCIA!!!!!"

"Very nice inn, 10 min from the bus station. Room and bathroom is very clean. The included breakfast is great. The only negative point would be the hot water. At first we did not have any and then when they checked on it, we did not have cold water anymore... otherwise everything is great and the staff was awesome."
