Downside, poor service in the bar -- overwhelmed staff with insufficient staff to serve guests in a timely fashion. Makes it difficult if you are trying to be more casual and get a bite to eat or drink there. Skimpy on things like amenities to the skin and hair -- no hair conditioner in the room or in the spa.
