"Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options. We enjoyed an evening meal at the hotel restaurants. Shopping and many restaurants are within walking distance."

"Very pleasant hotel and located in the heart of the downtown historic centre, you can walk to lots of restaurants."

"We were here for two days and even though we put the little sign out on our door knob and we asked at the front desk if they would make up the room, nobody did there was no evidence that anybody had come in. Breakfast was only just OK. Location is great and staff are efficient and courteous, but the AC was not efficient, and the whole hotel is currently under badly needed renovation the place is really old and definitely showing its age but at least they seem to recognize that and are in the process of trying to make it better but I guess needs to be aware of that. There’s a lot of construction going on. Fortunately not particularly noisy but just a little messy."

"The European and vintage style of this hotel just completed the escape we had from downtown Toronto. Shoutout to all the desk people, very nice and caring. Totally walkable to everywhere in Charlottetown downtown- shops, restaurants, parks, Basilica!"
