Wonderful hotel, great location and staff were friendly apart from one woman Mariana or Marina from reception who was rude after we had checked out, will be reaching out to the hotel to chase up on this. Leon was really helpful and would like to recommend him. The hotel genuinely tries to earn its rating.

The host was very welcoming and helpful, the facilities and amenities were fabulous and the room was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay, with a comfortable room, very good breakfast and lovely and helpful staff. However, it is very confusing to even find the hotel, we stay in over 30/yr, and even harder to find the reception. The parking is actually in another hotel, all in all, signage and general description needs improving, hotel itself is great.

Beautiful hotel, you get what you pay for , exceptional hotel even provided a taxi, Alex the taxi driver took care of us for 2 days he is a great asset to this hotel, will be back everything about this hotel is 10 out of 10 thank you .

This is our seventh year back at this hotel. The hotel has changed ownership, and some changes have taken place. Unfortunately, not for the better. First, parking is now a paid service. 20 euros per day is a significant increase in the cost of a vacation, especially if you're staying for a week or more. Very comfortable stay and very pleasant surroundings just to relax and chill from work life back home. Food was good, but could have been a lot hotter and more choice or 'themed days', just to change it up bit. Excellent gym and fitness facilities, however, the evening entertainment was absolutely dire! Don't go to this hotel expecting to be entertained because you won't be! Staff were pleasant, however, I believe I left an item of personal possession there, and I have emailed the contact email...

Excellent hotel. Location was perfect, right next to the Ampitheater. Room was clean and comfortable. I’ve never had a warmer welcome when checking into a hotel. Victoria was wonderfully friendly and accommodating. Will def still stay again if back in Pula.

The people at check-in, check-out and restaurant were all very very helpful and friendly. We slept in and missed the buffet breakfast hours so the staff went out of their way and made breakfast just for us. The room and bathroom were nice (and clean). Even though we didn't book one of the front view rooms, the view from our windows was still spectacular with the moon rising over Kvaerner Bay and the lights of Rijeka.
