"Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms. There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception. • No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times. Design issues: • Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...

"Exceptional in cleanliness and"

"Amazing place in a local village half an hour away from Prague. The great sunny weather gave us the opportunity to have tremendous morning hikes before going to Prague for the rest of the day. The only downside of staying at this place is, if you want to have a night out in Prague, one person from the group has to stay sober in order to drive back. "Simple but goo breakfast Non air conditioned Nice & helpful staffs Good house keeping A bit far away from city centre, still can easily travel by public transport"

"Very nice Hotel"

"Awesome location, near nice hiking trails, calm little town with a nice vibe. We really enjoyed the wellness access and the breakfast was tasty as well."

The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food...

"Good place to stay overnight if you are planning a full day in Karlstejn. Staff was helpful but spoke little English so use a translation app."

"Would recommend and looking forward to come again. "
