This was the best hotel we have stayed in. It was luxurious. It has a lovely stretch of beach which gets cleaned every day. The staff are very polite and friendly and helpful. The Thai restaurant is the best and reasonable price. The Italian is expensive and has a very limited menu. The breakfast is amazing but too expensive £25 each for buffet which is unacceptable. The pool is brilliant and you can go on a long treck in the pool to a waterfall. Chairs are easily available with wonderful views...

The first thing you notice when checking in is the courteousness and professionalism of the staff. That wonderful attitude envelopes your entire stay. From the kitchen staff to the pool and beach staff, to the hospitality staff and even the security staff are all pleasant and helpful. Everything with a smile and a Wei. My family had a 3D2N perfect stay at the hotel. I had high expectation for the hotel before arrival and the place didn’t disappoint me a bit. The hotel was beautifully furnished and had a very calm and relaxing feel to it.

We spent five nights in one of the Silksand rooms and thoroughly enjoyed it. The swimming pools are immaculate and it's nice to have the option of a beachfront pool or larger pool near the rooms as well as the smaller shaded jetted pool. The spa was excellent as were all of the staff at the resort. They couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Immaculate and tastefully decorated. Very small and away from the bustle of Hua Hin but - depending on your point of view - maybe a negstive. In our case though we loved it and can’t wait to go back: if you want peace and quiet, drop dead beautiful scenery and architecture, good food and attentive staff this is the place.
