We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Apex Dundee, our room was really comfortable and spacious with a fabulous view across to the Tay Bridge and V&A. We ate in the restaurant and bar and everything was fresh and tasty. Looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely fab stay. Maybe a bit more expensive than it should be for what’s offered. Room was bigger than expected and very clean. Wardrobe was small but it did the job for one night. Lighting was quite poor for getting ready and the vanity mirror is far too high to be useful. Bathroom was small but the shower was big and very good pressure. Basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) are provided. Tea and coffee also provided in the room. No parking on-site but there is a car park...

Absolutely beautiful place in a beautiful area. Amazing price. Such friendly staff in the pub. Had such a wonderful stay and can't thank you enough.

Friendly staff

We had a lovely warm welcome and the room and amenities were fantastic. The food was good in the hotel, just a shame the bar wasn't open separately. However the room was really comfortable and clean with nice coffee!

It was absolutely lovely! Very close to Edinburgh Waverley and some lovely restaurants. Calton Hill is right next door as well. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the room was plush and clean. We wish we could stay longer!

Adored the lady that checked us in, who assisted us at a later point throughout our stay. The hotel was lovely, clean and warm. The swimming pool was a little cold at first but not too much of a problem. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a continental bar to help yourself to. Overall good experience! The hostel arranged fun activities offering everyone a chance to get to know one another. Lovely hosts/staff that were happy to help you, always. Fresh bathrooms, nice bedding and good sized pods.

The property was very clean, and modern. It was within walking distance of St Andrews Quarter and the city centre. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Beautiful hotel and room. Amazing stay. Highly recommended

A well located modern hotel across the road from the main train station. We asked for a view and our room was overlooking the main street, which was really nice. Comfy bed, super clean and zero noise from outside due to secondary double glazing. The hotel use papercups in rooms for tea and coffee, which does not feel eco friendly as they are disposed after each use. Staff are very friendly and the bar area is modern and well used. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Excellent location for theatre visit. Quiet comfortable room perfect for overnight. Nice Public areas. Very clean. Friendly staff and felt safe for female travellers.

As far as hostels go, this one was premier. The staff are fantastic, the bathrooms were kept immaculate and plenty of facilities. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I stayed in an 8 bed dorm and it was perfect from the view to the company. Theres a lounge area and breakfast has a great selection. Perfect in all aspects cannot ask for more , beautiful location clean amenities also unexpected clean towels . Personnel competent and super helpful, we will defo go back!
