"My stay was extended unexpectadely for more than a month, but the hotel staff and management made it really a comfortable stay for me. They immediately upgraded by stay to the Executive floor that included an amazing all-day executive lounge. Staff of all departments from front desk to cleaners, to the security and restaurant staff gave me amazing serivce, repect and company. They were all very accomodating of my demands, I specifically want to give a shout to Adeel in front desk, Irfan in the restaurant, Jibran and Kashan in executive lounge and lastly but not the least very hardworker Umer on Pool side BBQ and his manager Mr Samson who never said no to my late night dining demands!! Indeed it was a very memorable stay and anytime i would be in Karachi city, it will be my stay!!"
