This was such a special place to stay, feel like we found a little slice of paradise! The accommodation was stunning, the grounds amazing, the pool area gorgeous! The staff were so welcoming and friendly, breakfast was gorgeous and cooked to order! Unbelievable stay, wish we had longer there ❤️

Truly a luxury experience with champagne welcome, three course breakfasts, real fires in the rooms and staff, at all levels, who were welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this accommodation - beautiful rooms in a beautiful setting which was enhanced by the service provided by the staff through the car being washed in the morning, fires being lit in your room in the evening to the outstanding food and willingness by the staff to make your holiday a wonderful experience.

Incredible hospitality from the owners and all the staff. I stayed there for a week and was well looked after, with a perfect balance of attentiveness and also giving me my space. Nothing was too much to ask! Thank you for a wonderful week in Montagu - I will be back!

My stay here was extremely pleasant. My room was comfortable, spacious and kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast was super - my choice was usually juice, coffee (good coffee!), fresh bread with homemade jams and eggs in various ways. The owners and all the staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. This is the third time I have stayed in this establishment and would stay over and over again.The ambience of the place,the character,the cleanliness,the amenities,the location,the whole experience was and always has been, consistently exceptional. Special mention for the staff members , Billy and Lovemore, whom not only were most attentive at all times but actually remembered me from my last visit which was in 2019!A lovely stay and cannot wait to return!

Quiet, well placed to explore the Breede river valley. Very comfy bed and well laid out room. Shower temperatures were a bit unpredictable, and a better description of the pool would help visitors. It is only a very small walk in pool.
