"Beautiful property, rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel was located close to train station. Very easy to get around city by bus. Highly recommend this property."

"Good location and kind staff"

"Absolutely first class in every way. "

"Room was huge as with Ryokan style accommodation and generally clean, What great is the reservation system for onsen so you can have a private slot for yourself/family instead of the usually gender sharing arrangement. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to Yunotsubo Kaido and 5 minutes to the train station and Aeon supermart. Unlike some osen town eg. Hakone, there is plenty of food option at night."

"Great onsen, convenient location."

"Great location and the hotel is well maintained and clean. Staff was very friendly"

"Great spot to stay near the coast in Beppu, a pretty convenient location, friendly staff. Let down a little by the in room entertainment and the slightly outdated interior but otherwise a place I'd recommend staying for sure."
