"This was our favorite stay on our 11 day trip. It’s a little treasure of the main road. The staff is friendly and made some great cocktails during their happy hour. Plus both dinner and breakfast the next morning were excellent. The view of the surrounding farms left us feeling safe and refreshed after a long day of fighting strong winds."

My favourite part of the guest house was the great room, somewhere you can relax watch TV and have breakfast. The owners are incredibly hospitable and very responsive to our queries. "On arrival given the wrong apartment twice. No cooking facilities when told self catering. Overall communication with staff good. Overall was very clean warm and spacious with a superb view of the sea. "

"I booked this place because of the breakfast only to find out after booking it that there was no breakfast in the winter. Check in is at the bar and the rooms are up stairs. The room was clean and small. I got a single. The water smells of sulfur. These things happen. There isn’t anything close by so I had dinner in Hvammstangi. "
